HOW to visit
Please TEXT us at 519-842-7845 to let us know you have arrived. If you do not have a cell phone, there are specific parking spaces set aside for you so that a receptionist will be able to see when you arrive. We will notify you when it is your turn, and you will be able to bring your pet into the entry way to safely hand off to a staff member. All dogs must be on a secure leash and collar, and all cats need to be in a secure carrier.
HOW TO PICK UP FOOD OR MEDICINE
Please call us in advance (1-2 business days if possible) so that we can have it ready for you. Please TEXT us at 519-842-7845 on arrival, and we will bring your products out to your vehicle to you!
Important Note
As a final note, please be kind! Everyone has experienced these unprecedented circumstances, and we are doing our very best to be available for our beloved patients. We are very sad to have to say this, but being mean to our staff will not be tolerated!
